This forklift DC contactor model ZJW400DE (HK code A.A.01.0580G2) is a Kingstream OEM 80V 400A normally-open power contactor for electric forklift trucks, industrial vehicles, and airport tractors in machinery repair, manufacturing, retail, and energy and mining environments. The ZJW400DE is an Kingstream SW200 series compatible design with double-breaking main contacts and silver alloy contact tips that are weld-resistant, hard-wearing, and provide excellent conductivity for reliable switching of high DC motor currents. The contactor is fully serviceable with a full range of spare parts available. Compact size at 1.5kg. Mounting via 5mm tapped holes with included bracket and screws. Coil connections via 6mm spade terminals (two per terminal). Coils available from 6V to 240V DC with optional bridge rectifier for AC supplies. Installing the ZJW400DE contactor requires disconnecting the battery, mounting the contactor via the switch frame tapped holes with the included mounting bracket and screws, connecting the main power cables to the contactor terminals, and connecting the coil control circuit via the 6mm spade terminals. After installation, verify the contactor engages with an audible click and measures near-zero resistance across the main contacts when the coil is energized. For electric forklift fleets in high-cycle applications, inspect the silver alloy contact tips during scheduled maintenance for pitting, welding, or excessive erosion — the fully serviceable design allows contact replacement without replacing the entire contactor assembly. 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
