Forklift Floor Mat: Rubber Operator Compartment Mats & Pedal Pads for HELI Forklifts
The floor mat is the surface under the operator’s feet for 8-12 hours per shift — a worn, torn, or missing floor mat exposes the operator to chassis vibration, reduces traction for foot pedal operation, and allows dirt, water, and debris to enter the chassis and corrode the floor pan underneath. A missing pedal pad makes the brake and accelerator pedals dangerously slippery, especially with wet or oily boots. A $15 floor mat protects a $500 floor pan from rust and keeps the operator’s footing secure.
Kingstream supplies replacement floor mats and pedal pads for HELI, Toyota, Komatsu, and CAT forklifts. Every mat is inspected for material thickness, anti-slip surface pattern, and dimensional accuracy before shipment.
Types of Floor Mats:
Operator Compartment Floor Mat — Full-size rubber mat that covers the entire operator floor area. The HELI rubber floor mat is a direct-fit replacement molded to match the footwell contours, pedal cutouts, and mounting points of HELI forklift chassis.
Pedal Pad — Individual rubber pads that mount onto the brake and accelerator pedal arms. OEM part numbers N163-430001-000 and R450 are the most common replacements. A worn pedal pad reduces grip and can cause the operator’s foot to slip off the pedal during emergency braking.
Universal Rubber Mat — Cut-to-fit rubber matting for custom or non-standard operator compartments where OEM molded mats are not available.
When to Replace Floor Mats:
• Mat is torn, has holes, or is missing entirely → Water, dirt, and debris enter the chassis through exposed floor pan openings; replace immediately
• Anti-slip pattern is worn smooth → Reduced foot traction, especially dangerous with wet or oily boots; replace
• Pedal pad is worn through or missing — metal pedal surface exposed → Slippery pedal surface; replace pedal pads
• Mat has curled edges or has shifted from its mounting position → Trip hazard for the operator entering/exiting the forklift; replace or remount
• Rubber is hardened, cracked, or brittle → Material has degraded from age, heat, and chemical exposure; replace
