Forklift Oil Filter — The most frequently replaced filter on any IC forklift. Oil filters trap carbon particles, metal wear debris, and combustion byproducts from the engine oil. A clogged oil filter forces the bypass valve open, sending unfiltered oil to bearings and crankshaft journals — the equivalent of running your engine with sand in the oil. Change the oil filter every 250 hours or at each oil change — never reuse an old filter with new oil. We stock spin-on and cartridge-type oil filters with correct thread size, gasket diameter, and bypass pressure setting for 4Y, C240, 1DZ, 2Z, and Nissan H20 engines.

Forklift Fuel Filter — Removes water, rust particles, and sediment from diesel fuel before it reaches the injection pump and injectors. Diesel fuel contamination is the #1 cause of injection pump failure — a $15 fuel filter protects a $1,500 injection pump. Replace the fuel filter every 500 hours or when the water-in-fuel warning light illuminates. Always fill the new filter with clean diesel before installation to minimize air in the fuel system. Forklift Air Filter — Prevents dust, sand, and debris from entering the engine intake. Forklifts operating in dusty environments (construction sites, cement plants, sawmills) need air filter inspection at every 250-hour PM — not just at scheduled replacement intervals. A restricted air filter increases fuel consumption, reduces power, and produces black smoke (incomplete combustion from rich air/fuel mixture). Tap-out paper elements for daily cleaning; replace when the restriction indicator shows red or after the third cleaning. Forklift Hydraulic Filter — Filters hydraulic oil returning to the tank from the control valve. Hydraulic systems operate at 2,000-3,000 PSI with clearances measured in microns — any particle larger than the clearance gap scores cylinder bores, valve spools, and pump internals. Change the hydraulic filter every 1,000 hours or when the clogging indicator shows restriction. Always replace hydraulic filters when replacing a failed pump or cylinder — the failed component has shed metal particles into the oil that will damage the new component. Forklift Transmission Filter — Filters transmission fluid on powershift and automatic transmissions. Powershift transmissions use wet clutches that shed friction material into the oil — the filter captures this debris before it clogs control valve passages. A restricted transmission filter causes delayed or harsh shifting. Change at every transmission fluid service (1,000 hours for normal duty, 500 hours for severe duty). Forklift Oil Pump — The gear-type pump that pressurizes engine oil and circulates it through oil galleries to all rotating and sliding surfaces. Oil pressure below 10 PSI at idle or below 30 PSI at rated RPM indicates a worn pump, clogged pickup screen, or excessive bearing clearance. A failed oil pump destroys an engine within seconds — the oil pressure warning light means stop immediately, not at the end of the shift. Forklift Antifreeze (Coolant) — Ethylene glycol-based coolant concentrate and pre-mixed 50/50 coolant for diesel and LPG forklift engines. Coolant does more than prevent freezing — it contains corrosion inhibitors that protect aluminum, cast iron, copper, and solder in the cooling system. Depleted inhibitors cause electrolysis that eats cylinder liners from the outside. Test coolant concentration and pH at every 500-hour PM with a refractometer and test strips. Change coolant every 2 years or 2,000 hours. We stock conventional green (IAT) and extended-life red (OAT) coolants.

Forklift Water Oil Separator — Also called a fuel water separator or sedimenter. Installed in the fuel line between the tank and lift pump, the separator uses centrifugal action and a filter element to remove free water and coarse sediment from diesel fuel. Water in diesel promotes bacterial growth (diesel bug) that produces sludge blocking fuel lines and filters. Drain the water separator bowl daily — just because you can’t see water in the clear bowl doesn’t mean it’s not accumulating in the filter element. Forklift Decal — Safety decals, capacity plates, control labels, and warning stickers required by OSHA 1910.178 and ISO 3691. Missing or illegible safety decals are a compliance violation that can result in fines and failed safety audits. Forklift Paint Repair — OEM color-matched touch-up paint and spray paint for forklift body panels, mast, and counterweight.
