This overhead guard suspension ball head base is a pillar bracket mounting solution for attaching cameras, sensors, monitors, and lighting equipment to the overhead guard of forklifts and warehouse vehicles. The double ball mount design provides two independent pivot points with 1.5-inch or 2.25-inch ball joints, allowing precise angular positioning of mounted equipment without tools. The large round mounting plate distributes clamp force across the overhead guard pillar, preventing the point-load damage that standard U-bolt mounts cause to painted or anodized guard surfaces.

Built from S.S. 304 stainless steel and marine-grade aluminum with an anodized black finish, this bracket withstands the vibration, temperature swings, and chemical exposure of forklift operating environments. The 253mm length and 177mm width provide a generous mounting footprint, while the 5mm plate thickness ensures rigidity without adding unnecessary weight to the overhead structure.
