This brake hose (part number H24N5-30301, Kingstream, Kingstream reference C.H.14.1309B) is the flexible hydraulic line connecting the chassis brake tubing to the wheel-end brake cylinders on HELI H2000 3-ton forklifts. Unlike rigid steel brake lines, flexible hoses absorb the constant flexing and vibration at the wheel end without cracking or leaking — until they age. A brake hose that looks fine on the outside can be delaminating internally, creating a one-way flap that lets fluid into the brake cylinder but blocks its return, causing the brake to drag and overheat. The H24N5-30301 is OEM-spec for HELI H2000 3T forklifts and not interchangeable with hoses from other models — different lengths, fitting sizes, and pressure ratings.

Installation requires bleeding the brake system after replacement. Always replace brake hoses in axle pairs (left and right) — a new hose on one side and an old hose on the other creates uneven brake response. Before installing, inspect the steel brake line fitting for corrosion — if the fitting is rusted, it may strip when tightening the new hose.
