This is the complete 4Y engine timing chain cover kit (OE NO. 18395593039) for Toyota 4Y diesel 4-cylinder engines used in forklifts, buses, and commercial vehicles. The timing cover — also called timing gear chamber or front cover plate — encloses the timing chain and gears at the front of the engine, protecting these critical components from dirt, debris, and oil contamination while providing the mounting surface for the front crankshaft oil seal. A complete timing kit includes the cover plate plus associated hardware needed for installation. The 4Y engine is one of the most widely used forklift engines globally — powering Toyota 7FG/8FG series, as well as numerous Chinese forklift brands that licensed the 4Y design.
