INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Disconnect the battery and allow the engine to cool completely to prevent burns and fire risk. Step 2 — Clean the injection pump and injector connections with brake cleaner and compressed air to prevent dirt ingress. Step 3 — Mark or photograph the original fuel line routing for reference before removal. Step 4 — Using a line wrench to prevent flare nut damage, loosen and disconnect each fuel line at both the injection pump and injector ends.
