This forklift solid tire size 18×7-8 is a Kingstream OEM 3-layer vulcanized solid rubber or polyurethane tyre for forklift trucks, industrial trailers, airport ground support equipment, warehouse vehicles, aerial work platforms, and heavy machinery in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, steel plants, cargo docks, and waste management environments. SPECIFICATIONS: Outer diameter 440-457mm, section width 150-170mm, fits 4.33-inch rim, maximum load 2,430kg drive / 1,870kg steer at 10km/h, weight approximately 27kg. Available tread patterns: L-301/L-302 (standard traction), TP312 (deep traction low rolling resistance), E1/F1/I1/S1 (block and smooth patterns for various surfaces). INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the wheel assembly from the forklift. Step 2 — Press the old tire off the 4.33-inch rim using a hydraulic solid tire press rated for the tire size. Step 3 — Clean and inspect the rim for cracks, rust, or deformation — replace if damaged. Step 4 — Apply approved rubber lubricant to the rim surface and tire bead area. Step 5 — For easy-fit (Clip) tires, align the integrated mounting lip with the rim. Press the new tire onto the rim using the hydraulic press, ensuring the tire seats squarely and evenly. Step 6 — Verify uniform bead contact around the full circumference. Step 7 — Reinstall the wheel and torque lug nuts to specification. Step 8 — Test drive and verify smooth operation. SAFETY: Solid tires have lower cushioning performance than pneumatic tires — recommended for flat, smooth to lightly textured surfaces. SYMPTOMS OF TIRE WEAR: Tread chunking or tearing, visible bond separation at the rubber-steel interface, excessive vibration from uneven wear, flat spotting from stationary parking under load, and rubber cracking from age or chemical exposure.
