This forklift neutral safety switch model JK-208A (HK code A.H.03.0217) is a zero gear proximity switch designed specifically for HELI K-series K30 and K35 5-ton diesel forklift trucks in machinery repair, manufacturing, retail, energy, and mining environments. The neutral safety switch is one of the most critical safety interlock components on a forklift — it prevents the engine from being started unless the transmission directional lever is in the neutral (zero gear) position, eliminating the risk of the forklift lurching forward or backward the instant the engine fires if the operator forgot to return the direction lever to neutral from the previous shift.
