This forklift radiator is a Kingstream OEM aluminum water tank radiator for automatic transmission forklift trucks in building material, manufacturing, construction, port, warehousing, freight yard, mining, logistics, and agricultural environments. The aluminum construction provides lightweight high-efficiency heat transfer — the radiator dissipates engine coolant heat through finned tubes cooled by airflow from the engine fan and vehicle movement. Automatic transmission forklifts place additional thermal load on the cooling system because the torque converter generates significant heat during operation, and many automatic transmission radiators include an integrated transmission oil cooler section that transfers transmission fluid heat to the coolant. 10kg with fan cover included. 80×80×30cm packaging. 100% professional tested with carton box packaging and 7-15 day delivery. Installing the radiator requires draining the coolant, disconnecting the upper and lower radiator hoses, disconnecting the automatic transmission cooler lines if the radiator has an integrated oil cooler, unbolting the radiator from the chassis mounts, and installing the replacement. The fan cover must align properly with the radiator — misalignment causes the fan blades to contact the shroud, damaging both. After installation, refill coolant and transmission fluid if the cooler lines were disconnected. Run the engine until the thermostat opens, check both coolant and transmission fluid levels, and verify no leaks. For automatic transmission forklifts, the transmission fluid temperature should be monitored after radiator replacement — a malfunctioning transmission oil cooler section can cause transmission overheating even when engine coolant temperature appears normal.
