The 24V electronic flasher unit is a solid-state turn signal control module for HELI 3-ton (CPCD30/CPD30) forklifts. The electronic design replaces the OEM thermal bimetal flasher — which degrades from contact oxidation within 2-3 years — with a 555 oscillator IC and MOSFET output stage delivering a stable 85 FPM flash rate regardless of load, temperature, or battery state. The sealed ABS housing with integrated 3-pin connector (49, 49a, 31 per DIN 72552) plugs directly into HELI OEM wiring harness.
