This forklift brake booster pump is a combined vacuum booster and master cylinder assembly designed for 3-7 ton internal combustion forklifts equipped with vacuum-assisted hydraulic drum brake systems. The unit integrates a vacuum power booster with a dual-circuit master cylinder in a single bolt-on assembly, amplifying pedal force through engine vacuum while maintaining independent front-left and front-right hydraulic circuits for safety redundancy. This all-in-one design simplifies brake system replacement — no need to bench-bleed the master cylinder and booster separately, and no risk of push rod misalignment between the two components.

The booster section uses a heavy-gauge steel housing with a large-diameter single diaphragm that multiplies pedal effort by approximately 4-5 times. The master cylinder section features a cast iron body with a precision-honed bore, EPDM primary and secondary piston cup seals, and a transparent nylon reservoir with vented screw cap for easy fluid level inspection. The dual-circuit outlet ports use standard metric threads (M10x1.0) compatible with OEM brake line fittings, and a stainless steel bleed screw is installed on the master cylinder body for convenient system bleeding after installation.

Compatible with HELI CPCD30-CPCD70, Hangcha CPCD30-CPCD70, Lonking, Dalian, and other domestic-brand 3-7 ton forklifts using vacuum-assisted brake systems. Before installation, verify the mounting stud pattern on the firewall and the push rod length match your existing unit. Inspect the vacuum supply line and one-way check valve and replace if cracked or leaking. Use only fresh DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid from a sealed container.
