The 91G33-00900 is a complete brake drum and hub assembly designed for FD20, FD25, and FD30N (F14E-L02) series 2-3 ton internal combustion forklifts, compatible with OEM part number 43204-FK310. This assembly combines the brake drum friction surface with the pre-installed wheel hub, wheel studs, and bearing races in a single bolt-on unit, simplifying brake system overhaul by eliminating the need to separate the drum from the hub and press in new studs or races. The drum is cast from high-grade gray iron (G3000 equivalent) with a precision-machined inner braking surface and dynamically balanced construction for vibration-free braking performance.

The drum friction surface is finish-machined to Ra 1.6μm or better, providing immediate full-contact brake shoe engagement without extended bedding-in. The center pilot bore is CNC-machined for accurate centering on the axle spindle, and the wheel studs are pressed in on a precisely controlled bolt circle diameter with chamfered lug seats. The hub section includes pre-installed tapered roller bearing races and a rear grease seal, reducing installation time and ensuring correct bearing preload when torqued to specification. The outer drum surface features cast-in cooling ribs that increase convective heat transfer area and reduce peak brake temperatures during repeated stop-and-go operation.

Direct bolt-on replacement for FD20, FD25, FD30N, and F14E-L02 series forklifts, as well as cross-compatible with select Nissan and TCM models using the 91G33-series brake drum and hub assemblies.
