The 25784-32291 is an OEM-compatible rear axle steering hub assembly designed for FD50 through FD100 Z8 series 5-10 ton internal combustion counterbalance forklifts. This steering hub mounts on the rear axle steering knuckle and supports the rear wheel hub, bearings, and brake components while allowing the rear wheels to pivot for steering. Constructed from heavy-duty cast ductile iron with reinforced ribbing, the hub is engineered to withstand the high bending and impact loads encountered during loaded steering maneuvers in demanding industrial environments.

The hub features a precision-machined spindle bore for accurate bearing seating and preload, a CNC-drilled wheel stud bolt circle with chamfered lug seats, and machined mounting surfaces for the brake backing plate or caliper bracket. The steering arm attachment points are precisely positioned for correct Ackermann steering geometry, and the kingpin bores are honed for smooth pivot action with the thrust bearings and bushings.
