This 28×9-15 steel rim is a direct-fit replacement for Taiwan Lifu (marketed internationally as Tailift) FD25, FD30, and FD35 series 2.5-3.5 ton diesel forklifts. Taiwan Lifu/Tailift has built a strong and growing market presence across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America — regions where durable, easily serviceable forklifts with readily available aftermarket parts support are essential to keeping material handling operations running. This rim also serves as a direct cross-fit replacement for Heli, Hangcha, and other Chinese-manufactured forklifts in the 2.5-3.5 ton class that share the same 28×9-15 rim bolt pattern and offset specifications. The rim accepts both press-on solid tires and pneumatic tires, providing the operational flexibility that fleet managers in developing markets require as forklifts transition between warehouse and yard environments.

Manufactured from heavy-gauge structural steel with precision cold-rolled bead-seat profiles engineered to the 28×9-15 tire specification. The center disc is stamped, CNC-machined for accurate bolt-hole positioning and center bore concentricity, and robotically seam-welded to the rim barrel with full-penetration continuous welds. Post-welding, the assembly is shot-blasted, zinc phosphate treated, and finished with a durable electrostatic powder coat in standard black. Runout is controlled to within 1.5mm TIR for vibration-free operation and even tire tread wear over the full service life of the tire.
