This 28×9-15 solid tire wheel rim is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the Heli A30 and A35 series 3-3.5 ton diesel forklifts, one of the highest-volume forklift platforms in global emerging markets. The Heli A-series (designated A30 for the 3-ton and A35 for the 3.5-ton variant) is also sold internationally as the CPCD30 and CPCD35, and its counterpart Hangcha models share identical rim specifications. The center disc is stamped and CNC-machined to the correct PCD, stud hole diameter, and center bore for the A30/A35 hub pilot — ensuring centering accuracy without reliance on studs alone. The disc-to-rim junction is robotically seam-welded with full-penetration welds, then the assembly is shot-blasted, zinc phosphate treated, and powder coated in equipment-matching orange. Runout is held to within 1.5mm TIR to prevent vibration and uneven tire wear.
