The center disc is stamped and CNC-machined to the correct PCD, stud hole diameter, and center bore for the A30/A35 hub pilot — ensuring centering accuracy without reliance on studs alone. The disc-to-rim junction is robotically seam-welded with full-penetration welds, then the assembly is shot-blasted, zinc phosphate treated, and powder coated in equipment-matching orange. Runout is held to within 1.5mm TIR to prevent vibration and uneven tire wear.
