This exhaust pipe (part number K9FP2-30201) is a direct-fit replacement for the HELI CPCD30 and XC25K2 diesel forklift engines. Unlike a universal exhaust pipe that requires cutting, welding, and bending to fit, this OEM-spec pipe matches the original routing, flange angle, and mounting bracket positions exactly — bolt-off, bolt-on, done. A rusted-through or cracked exhaust pipe leaks carbon monoxide into the operator cabin area, increases engine bay temperatures, and causes the forklift to fail emissions and safety inspections. The K9FP2-30201 routes exhaust gases from the manifold outlet through to the muffler inlet on HELI 3-ton diesel forklifts.

Installation requires removing the old pipe at the manifold flange and muffler clamp connections. Always replace the exhaust gasket at the manifold flange when installing a new pipe — reusing an old gasket will leak. Check the exhaust manifold studs for corrosion while the pipe is off; if the studs are rusted, replace them before mounting the new pipe. Torque the flange bolts evenly in a cross pattern to prevent flange warping. The pipe is manufactured from diesel-grade steel suitable for continuous exposure to 400-500°C exhaust gas temperatures without deformation.
