Installing the 80×60×47mm pallet truck wheel requires removing the axle bolt from the wheel bracket and sliding the old wheel off. The 47mm bore houses the bearing assembly — inspect the existing bearings and replace if worn, seized, or noisy. After installation, the wheel must rotate freely without binding against the bracket arms. For pallet trucks, all load wheels should be checked for even wear — replacing only one wheel in a set while leaving worn wheels in place creates uneven height that concentrates the load on the tallest wheel, accelerating its wear rate.
