This forklift brake pedal assembly is a Kingstream OEM complete brake and inching pedal assembly for Hangcha 1-3.5 ton forklifts with manual and automatic transmission (X Series, XF Series, CPCD/CPQD models). The assembly includes brake pedal, inching pedal, torsional spring, limit bolt, limit screw, pin shaft, bushing, support assembly, brake valve interface, and pedal switch support. Adjustable pedal angle: 40° between pedal and front floor when released, 26° when fully depressed. Pedal height specification: 135±5mm with free clearance 1-3mm. Limit bolt extends 19.5mm, limit screw extends 33.5mm. When fully depressed, distance between pedal surface and front floor ≥60mm. The pedal assembly converts operator foot pressure into mechanical force transmitted to the brake master cylinder via the brake valve pushrod. Compatible with Hangcha diesel (CPCD) and LPG (CPQD) forklift models. Kingstream OEM quality.

Installing the brake pedal assembly requires mounting the assembly to the floorboard or pedal bracket, connecting the brake valve pushrod, adjusting the limit bolt and limit screw to specification, verifying pedal angle at 40° released and 26° depressed, checking free clearance 1-3mm, and testing brake valve actuation. After installation, verify full brake engagement with pedal height ≥60mm from floor.
