Exhaust Valve 3035110 — K19 / KTA19 Cummins Diesel Engine Exhaust Valve
This exhaust valve part number 3035110 (cross-references 3088391, 206515, 3007225, 3024395, 3803529) is a Kingstream OEM exhaust valve for Cummins K19 and KTA19 19-liter inline-6 diesel engines used in heavy trucks, construction equipment, mining machinery, generators, and marine propulsion. The exhaust valve operates in the most thermally demanding location in the engine — exposed to combustion temperatures exceeding 2000°F (1100°C) and exhaust gas temperatures of 700-800°C, the valve head must maintain its shape and hardness while creating a perfect gas-tight seal against the valve seat during every combustion cycle. The valve stem slides in the valve guide, conducting heat away from the valve head into the cylinder head cooling system. The K19/KTA19 engine family produces 525-800 horsepower in industrial applications, and each cylinder head contains two exhaust valves that must withstand millions of high-temperature opening and closing cycles. 0.4kg with 25×8×8cm packaging. 6-month warranty. MOQ 6 pieces. T/T 30% deposit, Western Union, or PayPal payment. Ships by sea freight, air cargo, or express (DHL/FedEx) from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or Shanghai ports. 100% professional tested. Kingstream OEM quality for Cummins K19 engine fleet operators.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the cylinder head from the engine following Cummins service manual procedure. Step 2 — Using a valve spring compressor, compress each valve spring and remove the valve keepers (split locks). Step 3 — Release the spring compressor and remove the valve spring retainer, spring, and valve stem seal. Step 4 — Push the old exhaust valve out through the valve guide. Step 5 — Inspect the valve guide for wear using a bore gauge — replace the guide if clearance exceeds specification. Step 6 — Inspect the valve seat for pitting, cracking, or recession — reface or replace the seat insert if necessary. Step 7 — Apply a thin coat of engine oil to the new valve stem. Insert the new valve through the guide. Step 8 — Install a new valve stem seal, spring, and retainer. Compress the spring and install the keepers. Step 9 — After all valves are replaced, lap each valve to its seat using lapping compound to verify full circumferential contact. Step 10 — Reinstall the cylinder head with a new head gasket, torque head bolts to specification in correct sequence, adjust valve lash, and reassemble. 6-month warranty. Kingstream OEM.
SYMPTOMS OF EXHAUST VALVE FAILURE: Loss of compression in one or more cylinders, exhaust blow-by noise during cranking or running, white or blue smoke from unburned fuel, engine misfire at idle and under load, burnt or tuliped valve face visible during borescope inspection, and metal particles in engine oil analysis.
