FORK SLEEVE COVER FUNCTION: Fork sleeve covers (also called fork extensions or fork covers) slide onto the existing fork tines to extend the effective fork length. The 1500mm length allows handling of wider loads such as long pallets, lumber bundles, steel pipes, and oversized crates that standard forks cannot support safely. The 5mm steel wall construction provides structural integrity while protecting the original fork tine surfaces from wear and damage. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY: Slide each sleeve onto the fork tine until the inner heel contacts the fork heel. Insert the locking pin or tighten the clamping bolt to secure the sleeve. Verify both sleeves are parallel and fully seated. Always recalculate the forklift load capacity when using fork extensions — the extended length shifts the load center forward, reducing the safe lifting capacity. Test lift at minimum height.
