INSTALLATION: Step 1 — Relieve all hydraulic system pressure. Step 2 — Disconnect and label the hydraulic hoses from the valve ports (P=pressure in, T=tank return, A/B=cylinder work ports). Step 3 — Disconnect the control lever linkage. Step 4 — Unbolt the valve from its mounting bracket. Step 5 — Install the new valve onto the bracket with proper alignment. Step 6 — Reconnect hydraulic hoses to the correct ports using new O-rings and torque fittings to specification. Step 7 — Reconnect control lever linkage and adjust for proper lever travel.
