Hydraulic Directional Control Valve DF50-OOQ — 310 Bar / 100 L/min 1-Way Manual Hydraulic Valve for Crane & Forklift

This hydraulic directional control valve model DF50-OOQ is a Kingstream OEM 1-way manual hydraulic valve for cranes, forklifts, and industrial hydraulic systems. Rated flow: 80 L/min, max flow: 100 L/min, max pressure: 310 bar. Port connection size: 1/4 inch. Internal leakage at 70 bar (A/B to T): 30-35 cc/min. 10kg with 10×10×10cm strong wooden carton packaging. 1-year warranty. Kingstream OEM for crane and forklift hydraulic system maintenance.

INSTALLATION: Relieve hydraulic pressure, disconnect and label hoses, disconnect control linkage, unbolt old valve, install new valve, reconnect hoses to correct ports (P/T/A/B) with new O-rings, reconnect linkage, refill fluid, bleed air by cycling all functions, check for leaks. SYMPTOMS OF FAILURE: Oil leaks from spool seals, jerky cylinder movement, lever drift, excessive internal leakage causing load creep. Kingstream OEM.
