Forklift Fuel Filter CX0708 — Xinchai 490 / 490B / 498B Diesel Engine Spin-On Fuel Filter

This forklift fuel filter CX0708 is a Kingstream OEM spin-on diesel fuel filter for Xinchai 490, 490B, and 498B diesel engines in Heli and Hangcha forklift trucks. Specifications: diameter 78.5mm, height 105mm, M16×1.5 thread. Filter media removes particles as small as 3-5μm from diesel fuel — flowing at 25-30L/min with less than 0.06MPa pressure drop. 0.35kg with 8.5×8.5×12cm packaging. Replace every 2,000-3,000 engine hours or annually. Kingstream OEM for Xinchai 490 forklift fleet fuel system maintenance.

INSTALLATION: Shut off fuel supply, place drain pan, unscrew old filter, clean sealing surface, apply diesel to new filter gasket, hand-tighten until gasket contacts then 3/4 turn further, prime the fuel system with the hand pump until fuel flows bubble-free at the bleed screw, start engine and check for leaks.
