This forklift solid tire size 23×9-10 (also available as 6.50-10) is a Kingstream OEM 3-layer vulcanized solid rubber tyre for 2-3 ton counterbalance forklifts from Toyota, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Linde, Hyster, Heli, and Hangcha in warehousing, distribution centers, manufacturing, steel plants, automotive logistics, food and pharmaceutical facilities. The tire features a THREE-LAYER CONSTRUCTION: high-rigidity base rubber bonded to the steel rim, high-elasticity center rubber for shock absorption and reduced vibration, and high-wear-resistance tread rubber with deep Y-Lug traction pattern. 23×9-10 SPECIFICATIONS: Outer diameter 582-595mm, section width 208-214mm, fits 6.50 rim, maximum load 3,730kg drive / 2,870kg steer at 10km/h, 3,160kg drive / 2,430kg steer at 25km/h, static load 3,890kg, weight 48-51kg. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the wheel assembly from the forklift. Step 2 — Using a hydraulic solid tire press, press the old tire off the 6.50 rim. Step 3 — Clean and inspect the rim — replace if any cracking, corrosion, or deformation found. Step 4 — Apply rubber lubricant to the rim and tire bead. Step 5 — Align and press the new tire onto the rim using the press. For easy-fit (Clip) tires, the integrated lip design allows faster mounting with reduced press force. Step 6 — Verify the tire seats squarely with uniform bead contact. Step 7 — Reinstall the wheel onto the forklift and torque lug nuts. Step 8 — Test drive and verify smooth, vibration-free travel. SAFETY: Always use identical specification tires on the same axle. Never mix tire brands, sizes, or wear levels on the same axle — this causes uneven load distribution and premature wear. SYMPTOMS OF SOLID TIRE WEAR: Chunking or tearing of tread blocks, visible separation at rubber-steel bond line, excessive vibration from uneven wear or internal delamination, flat spotting from prolonged stationary parking under load, tread worn below minimum depth, and rubber cracking from age or chemical exposure.
