This 6.50-10 press-on solid tire is the standard industrial tyre for 1-2 ton electric and IC counterbalance forklifts, the workhorse compact class deployed in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, cold storage facilities, and retail logistics operations worldwide. The 6.50-10 size — approximately 6.5 inches section width on a 10-inch bead-seat rim — is the most commonly specified small-format forklift tire dimension, fitted across the entire product range of Heli, Toyota, Komatsu, Hangcha, Lonking, Clark, Nissan, and TCM for their 1-2 ton models. As a solid tire, it is manufactured as a single homogeneous rubber body permanently bonded to a precision steel base band, containing no internal air cavity and therefore completely immune to the punctures, blowouts, and slow leaks that are the single largest cause of forklift tire-related downtime. In high-cycle warehouse environments where a forklift may traverse nail-and-staple-laden floors hundreds of times per shift, the operational reliability advantage of solid tires over pneumatic alternatives translates directly to increased throughput and reduced maintenance intervention, making them the default tire choice for the vast majority of indoor forklift applications.

Manufactured using a three-layer compression molding process under controlled heat and pressure, the outer tread layer is formulated from a balanced natural rubber compound with optimized abrasion resistance for long service life on concrete, polished concrete, and epoxy-coated warehouse floors. The compound is designed to provide adequate cut and chunk resistance against the metal debris, wood splinters, and general floor detritus typical of industrial environments while maintaining acceptably low rolling resistance to preserve electric forklift battery range. The intermediate cushion layer provides the shock absorption and vibration isolation that protects the forklift drivetrain, steering components, mast assembly, and operator from the cumulative effects of continuous impact loading from expansion joints, dock plates, and floor irregularities. The base layer features a high-modulus rubber formulation chemically and mechanically bonded to the cold-rolled steel base band, creating a permanent interface that resists the shear forces of acceleration, braking, and cornering without separation. The tread pattern includes functional grooves for water evacuation and debris channeling.
