This ShuangTao forklift solid tire size 23×9-10 is a Kingstream OEM 3-layer vulcanized solid rubber tyre manufactured by Taizhou XiangYun Rubber Plastic Co., Ltd. (est. 1998) in China premier solid tire production zone at Sanmen Bay, Zhejiang. Designed for electric and diesel counterbalance forklifts from Toyota, Komatsu, Linde, Mitsubishi, Hyster, Heli, and Crown in warehousing, port terminals, mining, steel mills, construction, and logistics environments. SPECIFICATIONS: Outer diameter 575-582mm, section width 208-214mm, fits 6.50-inch rim, maximum load 3,730kg drive / 2,870kg steer at 10km/h, static load rating up to 4,005kg. TP312 DEEP TREAD PATTERN: Advanced technology ultra-deep tread design providing high traction, low rolling resistance for reduced energy consumption, and longer service life compared to standard solid tire patterns. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the wheel assembly from the forklift. Step 2 — Using a hydraulic tire press rated for 23×9-10 solid tires, press the old tire off the 6.50-inch rim. Step 3 — Clean and inspect the rim thoroughly — replace if any cracking, rust pitting, or deformation is found. The 3-layer ShuangTao design requires a clean, undamaged rim for the high-rigidity base rubber to maintain its interference fit. Step 4 — Apply rubber lubricant to the rim surface and new tire bead. Step 5 — Position the tire on the press, align with the rim, and press evenly until the tire seats fully. The high-rigidity base layer ensures the tire seats firmly without base rubber deformation during mounting. Step 6 — Verify uniform bead contact and correct tire orientation. Step 7 — Reinstall the wheel onto the forklift, torque lug nuts to specification. Step 8 — Test drive and verify smooth operation with no vibration. ShuangTao low-heat compound allows longer continuous operation before requiring cool-down compared to standard solid tires.
