ShuangTao is manufactured by Taizhou XiangYun Rubber Plastic Co., Ltd., established in 1998 in Sanmen Bay, Zhejiang — China premier solid tire industrial zone. The tire features an advanced THREE-LAYER STRUCTURAL DESIGN: 1) High-rigidity base rubber that provides a secure interference fit on the steel rim and resists mounting deformation, 2) High-elasticity core rubber that absorbs shock loads and reduces vibration transmission to the vehicle chassis, and 3) High-wear-resistance tread rubber with deep traction patterns for maximum service life on abrasive surfaces. The unique low-heat-generation rubber compound reduces internal operating temperature during continuous use, allowing longer uninterrupted operation compared to standard solid tires. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the wheel assembly from the forklift. Step 2 — Use a hydraulic tire press rated for solid tire mounting to press the old tire off the rim. Step 3 — Clean and inspect the steel rim for damage — replace if cracked, corroded, or bent. Step 4 — Apply approved rubber lubricant to the rim surface and the new tire bead area. Step 5 — Align the tire on the rim and use the hydraulic press to seat the tire evenly. The three-layer ShuangTao design with high-rigidity base rubber ensures the tire seats firmly without the base layer deforming during press mounting. Step 6 — Verify the tire is seated squarely with uniform bead contact around the entire rim circumference. Step 7 — Reinstall the wheel onto the forklift and torque lug nuts to specification. Step 8 — Test drive and verify smooth, vibration-free operation.
