INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Safely lift and support the forklift to remove weight from the wheel. Step 2 — Remove wheel nuts and pull the old wheel and rim assembly from the hub. Step 3 — Clean the hub mounting surface of rust and debris. Step 4 — If the rim is separate from the hub, remove rim-to-hub bolts and transfer to the new rim. Step 5 — Mount the tire onto the new rim. Step 6 — Position the complete wheel assembly onto the hub and torque wheel nuts in a cross-pattern to specification.
