INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Safely lift and support the forklift. Remove wheel nuts and pull the old wheel assembly. Step 2 — For split rims, separate the rim halves by removing the rim bolts. Step 3 — Clean the hub mounting surface. Step 4 — Assemble the new split rim halves around the tire, ensuring the tire bead seats correctly. Step 5 — Tighten rim bolts evenly in a cross-pattern to draw the rim halves together. Step 6 — Install the complete wheel onto the hub and torque wheel nuts. Step 7 — Inflate tire to specified pressure.
