This BEIAN BADC10050 is a fully digital three-phase DC-DC converter with 5kW rated power (6.71 horsepower), designed for electrical forklift traction motor control, hydraulic pump drives, and industrial automation applications. The converter bridges a 200-420VDC high-voltage bus (rated 370VDC) with a 30-100VDC battery-side output (rated 60VDC), enabling seamless power transfer between the forklift’s traction battery and its motor controllers. Unlike single-phase converters limited to low-power accessories, the three-phase BADC10050 drives AC motors, pumps, compressors, and blowers directly with fully digital control for precise speed regulation and energy efficiency.

The high-voltage DC bus handles up to 17A maximum current (12A continuous at 200-290VDC), while the battery side supports up to 105A maximum — sufficient to power a 5kW traction motor or hydraulic pump under full load. Standby power consumption is under 30W when the module is dormant (Vbat=100VDC), minimizing battery drain when the forklift is idle. The fully digital control mode enables programmable motor speed profiles, soft-start, overload protection, and regenerative braking energy recovery.
