Forklift Buzzer 12-80V — Forward Ding-Dong Movement Warning, OEM 36630-00160 / 821111
This is a wide-voltage (12-80V) forward movement warning buzzer that produces a distinctive “ding-dong” chime — not the standard reverse beep. It is designed specifically for forward travel warning, alerting pedestrians and other operators that the forklift is moving forward in busy warehouse aisles and blind intersections. The dual-tone ding-dong sound is more recognizable than a single-tone beep and is less likely to be tuned out by workers in high-noise environments. Unlike a reverse buzzer that only activates in reverse gear, this forward warning buzzer activates whenever the forklift is in forward motion.
Installation: connect the buzzer to the forward movement signal wire from the directional switch or traction controller. The wide 12-80V input range eliminates the need for a voltage converter — it works directly on electric forklifts (24V/36V/48V/80V) and IC forklifts (12V/24V). Mount on the overhead guard or chassis frame using the included bracket with the horn opening facing forward for maximum sound projection. The buzzer draws minimal current and can be wired in parallel with existing warning light circuits.
Compatible with Toyota 7FG/7FD/7FB, Komatsu FD/FG/FB, HELI CPCD/CPD, CAT DP/EP, Mitsubishi FGC, Nissan FD, and Hangcha R series forklifts. OEM part numbers 36630-00160 and 821111 cross-reference to multiple forklift brands. Browse our complete forklift buzzer selection for reverse alarms and backup buzzers.
