Manufactured in Guangdong, the fork range covers the most common light-to-medium duty forklift specifications with customized sizes available for non-standard carriage requirements. The cast iron construction provides excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability at a competitive price point compared to forged alloy steel alternatives — suitable for standard warehouse, retail, and light manufacturing applications where extreme-duty impact resistance is not required. 90kg packaged weight with 110×10×30cm package dimensions. 1-year warranty included.

Installing cast iron forks requires the same fitment verification as any replacement fork — confirm cross-section dimensions, heel profile, and locking pin position match your carriage. Cast iron forks have different impact resistance characteristics compared to forged steel — they are suitable for standard pallet handling but should not be used for applications involving frequent fork-tip ground contact, pry-bar use, or shock loading from uneven terrain. After installation, verify both forks are at identical carriage positions and locking pins engage fully. 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
