The K1634A1 filter assembly is a complete, factory-assembled air cleaner unit for HELI 5-10 ton heavy forklifts — including the K1634 iron housing, K1634A1 dry-type filter element pre-installed, lid clamp with oversized compression seal, and mounting brackets. As a bolt-on assembly rather than separate housing and element, it is the correct replacement when the entire air cleaner station needs renewal — typically after the original housing has rusted through, the lid clamp mechanism has failed, or the housing-to-element seal surface has become pitted or warped from years of filter changes and no longer forms an airtight closure even with a new seal installed.
The housing is fabricated from heavy-gauge sheet steel with a high-temperature baked-enamel finish, built to the K1634 OEM specification for 6102/6110/6113 large-displacement diesel engines. The pre-installed filter element uses high-capacity pleated cellulose paper sized for the intake air volume of 5-10T forklift engines at governed RPM. The included oversized lid seal provides an airtight closure against the high intake vacuum generated by these engines, and the reinforced internal element guides keep the filter aligned under sustained heavy-machine vibration. The mounting brackets are pre-welded at OEM centers for direct bolt-on installation.
Complete replacement for HELI CPCD50, CPCD60, CPCD70, CPCD80, and CPCD100 (5T-10T diesel) forklifts. Also fits Hangcha, Dalian, and Lonking 5T-10T models using the K1634A1 air cleaner assembly specification.
