Installing the brake line on a Heli H2000 forklift requires draining the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir, disconnecting the old brake line at both ends — the master cylinder fitting and the wheel cylinder or caliper fitting — routing the new brake line along the original path, and tightening all fittings to specification. The brake line must not contact hot exhaust surfaces, rotating driveshaft components, or sharp chassis edges along its route. After installation, refill the master cylinder with the correct brake fluid, bleed the brake system starting from the wheel farthest from the master cylinder, and verify firm brake pedal feel with no fluid leaks at any connection.
