This forklift brake master cylinder is a Kingstream OEM replacement for the Heli CPCD13 1.5 ton diesel forklift. The master cylinder converts mechanical force from the brake pedal into hydraulic pressure — when the operator presses the brake pedal, the pushrod drives the master cylinder piston forward, pressurizing brake fluid in the cylinder bore and forcing it through the brake lines to the wheel cylinders or calipers.
