This forklift hydraulic clutch assembly is a Kingstream OEM complete clutch kit for 2-3 ton counterbalance forklift trucks in material handling, construction, warehousing, port, and mining environments. The hydraulic clutch assembly is the complete clutch mechanism that connects and disconnects the engine flywheel from the transmission — it includes the clutch cover (pressure plate), clutch disc, release bearing, and pilot bearing. When the clutch pedal is depressed, hydraulic pressure from the clutch master cylinder actuates the release bearing, which presses against the pressure plate diaphragm spring, releasing clamping force and allowing the disc to spin freely for gear changes. 9kg with 50×50×50cm carton box packaging. 100% professional tested. 7-15 day delivery. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the transmission. Step 2 — Remove the old pressure plate bolts in a cross-pattern. Step 3 — Extract the old clutch disc and release bearing. Step 4 — Inspect and resurface the flywheel if scored or heat-checked. Step 5 — Replace the pilot bearing in the crankshaft. Step 6 — Clean all friction surfaces with brake cleaner. Step 7 — Position the new clutch disc with alignment tool, longer hub toward transmission. Step 8 — Install the new pressure plate, torque bolts cross-pattern. Step 9 — Install the new release bearing on the transmission input shaft sleeve. Step 10 — Reinstall transmission. Step 11 — Bleed the hydraulic clutch system. Step 12 — Adjust clutch pedal free play. Step 13 — Test drive for smooth engagement. Kingstream OEM.
