This forklift driver cabin is a fully customized operator cab manufactured by Zhineng Machinery — a 24-year professional cabin assembly manufacturer providing OEM/ODM one-station solutions for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, special vehicles, industrial machines, and heavy equipment cabins. The cabin is fabricated using laser cutting to ensure dimensional accuracy and flatness of all steel panels — no secondary trimming is required. The surface treatment process includes electrophoretic derusting, followed by baking or powder coating in customer-specified colors. The cabin roof is a steel metal structure with a rigid front frame screen made of safety glass and an electric windscreen wiper. The front screen is geometrically adapted to the contour of the protection cabin for optimal visibility. Steel doors are equipped with sliding windows and additional safety glass window areas to maintain the driver’s full sight field. Each door is a geometrically adapted steel sheet reinforced by internal bars, with door locks inserted into the bars. All steel parts are powder coated with individual color options available. Sound absorbing interior paneling upgrades the cabin both optically and acoustically. The driver seat, steering column, instrument cluster, wire harness assembly, air conditioning, and interior decoration can be arbitrarily matched according to customer requirements. Installing a customized driver cabin on a forklift requires matching the cabin mounting points to the chassis frame. Two anti-vibration strategies are employed: low-frequency vibration of the large cover is addressed by changing curvature, adding drawbeads, and increasing cover rigidity; high-frequency vibration is damped using anti-vibration materials in a sandwich structure between steel plates — the shear deformation of the middle layer provides higher damping capacity, particularly on cabin panels and floors near the engine side. A resin layer or asphalt-based anti-vibration plate is adhered to the steel plate, and appropriate elastic elements and damping elements are installed between the cabin and chassis to reduce structural vibration and secondary noise. The base price covers the cabin itself; steering column assembly, instrument cluster, seat assembly, wire harness assembly, and interior decoration are also available as optional equipment.
