INSTALLATION: Drain the hydraulic reservoir. Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses from the pump. Unbolt the pump from the engine PTO adapter. Install the new pump with a new mounting O-ring. Reconnect hoses with new sealing washers. Prime the pump by filling the inlet port with clean hydraulic oil. Start the engine at low idle and verify pressure build-up within 2-3 seconds.
