Forklift Pneumatic Tire — All-Size Inflatable Rubber Forklift Tyre, Bias Belt Construction, DOT / ISO / ECE / CCC Certified
This forklift pneumatic inflatable tire is a Kingstream OEM air-filled rubber tyre available in all standard forklift sizes from 5.00-8 to 12.00-20 for counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, boom lifts, loaders, OTR vehicles, and industrial equipment from Toyota, Komatsu, Linde, Mitsubishi, Hyster, Heli, Crown, and Clark. Unlike solid tires, pneumatic tires use compressed air to support the load — providing superior shock absorption, quieter operation, lower cost per tire, and reduced ground damage compared to solid tires. KEY PNEUMATIC TIRE ADVANTAGES: 1) Cost-Effective — significantly lower purchase price than solid tires, 2) Shock Absorption — air cushion absorbs impacts and vibration, protecting the forklift chassis, operator comfort, and transported goods, 3) Quieter Operation — dramatically less noise than solid tires in warehouses and indoor facilities, 4) Ground Protection — pneumatic footprint distributes weight more evenly, reducing floor marking and surface damage, 5) Easy Replacement — air-filled tires are faster to mount and demount than solid press-on tires, reducing vehicle downtime, 6) Anti-Skid Performance — pneumatic tread patterns provide superior traction on wet or uneven surfaces compared to solid tires. Construction: bias belt design with nylon cord carcass, DOT, ISO, ECE, and CCC certified. Available in 10PR to 20PR ply ratings depending on size. Supplied with or without inner tubes (TT). 1-year warranty standard. Kingstream OEM quality for all forklift makes and operating environments.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Remove the wheel assembly from the forklift and deflate the old tire completely by removing the valve core. Step 2 — Break the tire bead from the rim using a tire bead breaker or hydraulic tire changer. Step 3 — Remove the old tire from the rim using tire irons — for bias-ply tires with inner tubes, carefully extract the tube and rim flap without pinching or damaging them. Step 4 — Inspect the rim for rust, cracks, or bent flanges. Clean the rim and apply a new rim strip or flap if specified. Step 5 — If reusing the inner tube, inspect for leaks, cracking, or valve stem damage. Install a new tube when in doubt — tube failure under load is a safety hazard. Step 6 — Partially inflate the new tube until it takes shape, then insert it into the new tire. Step 7 — Mount the tire onto the rim starting at the valve stem side. Use tire mounting lubricant on the bead area — NEVER use petroleum-based lubricants that degrade rubber. Step 8 — Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure (typically 700-1,000 kPa for forklift pneumatic tires). ALWAYS use a tire inflation cage or safety chains for initial inflation — sudden bead seating can cause explosive separation. Step 9 — Check for even bead seating around the full rim circumference. Step 10 — Reinstall the wheel onto the forklift and torque lug nuts. Step 11 — After 24 hours of service, recheck tire pressure. Kingstream OEM.
SYMPTOMS OF PNEUMATIC TIRE FAILURE: Visible cuts, cracks, or bulges in the sidewall, uneven tread wear indicating alignment or inflation problems, frequent pressure loss from tube damage or bead leaks, tread separation or delamination, tire blowout from overloading or impact damage, and cord or fabric exposure at the tread base.
