This forklift control valve assembly is a Kingstream OEM hydraulic directional control valve for Heli A30 and A35 5-10 ton forklift trucks in manufacturing, construction, port, warehousing, and heavy material handling. The control valve assembly is the hydraulic system command center that directs pressurized hydraulic oil from the pump to the lift cylinder, tilt cylinder, and hydraulic attachments based on the operator control lever inputs. INSTALLATION: Step 1 — Lower all hydraulic attachments and relieve system pressure. Step 2 — Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the valve ports — label each hose for correct reconnection. Step 3 — Disconnect the control lever linkages or cables. Step 4 — Unbolt the valve from its mounting bracket. Step 5 — Install the new valve onto the bracket. Step 6 — Reconnect the hydraulic hoses in the correct ports — use new O-rings and torque fittings to specification. Step 7 — Reconnect control lever linkages and adjust for proper lever throw and feel. Step 8 — Refill hydraulic fluid and bleed air from the system by cycling all functions several times.
