The rear wheel hub is the rotating mounting point for the rear wheel and tire assembly, riding on tapered roller bearings within the steering knuckle. As the pivot interface for rear-wheel steering articulation, the hub must maintain precise bearing alignment and structural integrity under all load and steering conditions encountered in daily forklift operation. A worn hub — indicated by bearing race damage, stud thread deformation or pull-through, or flange cracking — causes steering wobble, rear wheel vibration, uneven and accelerated tire wear, and if left unaddressed can lead to bearing seizure and wheel separation. This universal hub provides a cost-effective replacement option when exact OEM hubs are unavailable or lead times are unacceptable.

Manufactured from cast steel with precision-machined bearing bores, stud holes, and mounting flange faces. The hub incorporates replaceable tapered roller bearing races (inner and outer) that are press-fitted to correct interference specifications, and wheel studs with serrated shanks for secure mechanical retention. The exterior is shot-blasted and finished with anti-corrosion primer and paint. Due to the universal multi-fit design, verify your specific bolt pattern (PCD), stud count, bearing inner and outer race dimensions, and center bore diameter against your existing hub before ordering to ensure compatibility.
