This complete drive axle assembly is designed for HELI 1-1.8 ton internal combustion and electric counterbalance forklifts, including the half shafts, differential, final drive, and axle housing as an integrated unit. The assembly transmits engine or motor torque through the differential and half shafts to the front drive wheels, providing the tractive force for acceleration, loaded travel, and ramp climbing in warehouse and light industrial applications.

The assembly includes forged alloy steel half shafts with machined splines at both ends for engagement with the differential side gears and wheel hub flanges. The differential uses hardened side and spider gears with a precision-machined cross-shaft for power distribution and speed differentiation during cornering. The axle housing is cast ductile iron with reinforced mounting points for chassis attachment, and all bearing seats are machined to OEM tolerances for proper preload and alignment.
