This is the valve rocker arm assembly (part number EGXC6110YBZC) for HELI forklifts equipped with XC6110 diesel engines. The assembly includes the rocker shaft, rocker arms for each intake and exhaust valve, adjusting screws with locknuts, and shaft mounting pedestals — a complete bolt-on replacement for the entire valve actuation system. The XC6110 is a 6-cylinder diesel engine platform used in larger HELI forklifts, and its rocker assembly spans the full length of the cylinder head with individual rocker arms for all 12 valves (6 intake, 6 exhaust). As a complete assembly, it replaces all wear surfaces simultaneously — rocker pads, bushing bores, shaft journals, and adjusting screw threads — without the labor of pressing individual bushings or measuring shaft runout at each position.

When installing, torque pedestal bolts in the correct sequence and to specification — the 6-cylinder shaft length makes it particularly susceptible to bending from uneven torque. Verify oil feed holes through the shaft are clear before final torque.
