The JK411 is a four-wire preheating ignition switch designed for diesel forklifts requiring manual glow plug activation. Positions are OFF-ON-PREHEAT-START. Turning to PREHEAT energizes glow plugs for 10-20 seconds before cranking — essential for cold-start reliability on Xinchai 490/495/498, Isuzu C240, and Yanmar diesel engines where glow plug preheat is the single most critical factor in sub-10°C starting.
