The QDQ-A22J3-02021-AH is a drive axle housing designed for QDQ-series and compatible 2-3 ton internal combustion counterbalance forklifts. Constructed from heavy-duty cast ductile iron, this axle housing serves as the structural backbone of the forklift drive axle assembly — supporting the differential carrier, axle shafts, wheel hubs, and brake assemblies while withstanding the high bending and torsional loads generated during loaded acceleration, braking, and cornering. The housing is engineered for direct bolt-on replacement of the factory axle housing, with precision-machined mounting surfaces for the differential carrier flange, axle tube ends, and chassis suspension attachment points.

The housing features reinforced ribbing in high-stress areas around the differential mounting flange and spring perch mounts, providing increased structural rigidity without excessive weight.
