This screw air compressor oil filter and oil separator is a Kingstream OEM maintenance filter kit for 22kW to 75kW screw air compressors used in forklift maintenance shops, manufacturing, construction, and industrial facilities. The oil filter removes contaminants from compressor lubricating oil to protect screw elements and bearings; the oil separator captures oil mist from compressed air output to ensure clean air supply. Multiple sizes available including C1140 (100×80mm plastic), C1250 (115×135mm), C1360 (165×155mm), C14200 (120×310mm), C20500 (195×368mm), C20120 (200×125mm), 16400 (345×180mm iron), 165340 (165×340mm), 14555 (145×110×55mm), and 22120 (220×120mm all iron). INSTALLATION: Shut down the compressor and relieve system pressure. For the oil filter: remove the old spin-on oil filter using a filter wrench, apply oil to the new gasket, hand-tighten 3/4 turn after gasket contact. For the separator: open the separator housing, remove the old separator element, clean the housing, install the new element ensuring proper seal orientation, close and secure the housing. Refill compressor oil to the correct level. Start the compressor and check for leaks and proper air output quality. Replace per manufacturer maintenance schedule.
