This high-power charger connector is available in four current ratings (50A, 120A, 175A, 350A) with a 660VDC voltage rating and IP67 waterproof rating — fully protected against dust ingress and temporary water immersion. The silver-plated copper contacts ensure minimal contact resistance during high-current charging, reducing heat buildup at the connector interface that degrades lesser connectors over time. The PC (polycarbonate) housing provides impact resistance and electrical insulation. Female and male genders are both available for complete connector pair replacement.

Unlike the low-current 2-pin triangular connectors used on small pallet trucks, this connector series is rated for the high charging currents required by large electric forklifts with 350A+ battery chargers. The IP67 rating is critical for forklifts operating in outdoor yards, cold storage, and washdown environments where moisture ingress into the charger connector causes arcing and connector failure.
