This is a complete Xinchai C490B diesel engine assembly — the standard 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled diesel power unit for HELI, Hangzhou, and LongGong forklifts in the 2-3.5 ton class. The C490B is the most widely installed diesel forklift engine in China, originally fitted to hundreds of thousands of forklifts across the HELI CPCD30, Hangcha CPD30, and LongGong LG30 product lines. This complete engine assembly includes the engine block, cylinder head with valves, fuel injection system, starter motor, alternator, flywheel, water pump, and all accessories — a complete bolt-in replacement unit. Rated at 40kW (54 HP) at 2650 RPM, the C490B delivers the torque curve needed for heavy material handling with the durability of a cast-iron block and gear-driven camshaft.
