INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Safely lift and support the forklift. Remove the wheel nuts and pull the old wheel and rim assembly from the hub. Step 2 — If the rim is bolted to the wheel hub separately, remove the rim-to-hub bolts. Step 3 — Clean the wheel hub mounting surface, removing rust and debris for proper rim seating. Step 4 — Position the new rim onto the hub, aligning bolt holes. Step 5 — Install and hand-tighten all rim-to-hub bolts, then torque to specification in a cross-pattern. Step 6 — Mount the tire onto the rim following tire mounting procedures for pneumatic or solid tires.
